No such thing as massive blood dmg build as far as I know, most skills in blood magic are simply awful.

I think this would do fairly well in PvE:
[build prof=Necromancer/Dervish Death=11+1+3 Blood=11+1 EarthP=8 Soul=2+1][Touch of Agony][Wallow's Bite][Signet of Agony][Masochism][Mystic Regeneration][Contagion][Dark Aura][Resurrection Signet][/build]
[build prof=Necromancer/Dervish Blood=11+1+3 Death=11+1 EarthP=8 Soul=2+1][Blood of the Aggressor][Jaundiced Gaze][Unholy Feast][Strip Enchantment][Mystic Regeneration][Cultist's Fervor][Dark Aura][Resurrection Signet][/build]
Both of these build should work fairly well... I do suggest running DUAL SUPS (Blood and Death) AND prot spirit on a Monk. That way, they wil only sac +- 30-40 HP per spell, and thus steal more life back/regen more due to mystic regen...

You get low HP so you sacrifice lesser HP. Prot Spirit then makes sure U won't die from 1 monster attack...

Prot Spirit is probably so you don't get raped by other damage while saccing.

well he might wanna mention the reasoning for it,rather than saying bring a monk with prot spirit and leaving the rest open to intepretation

On the first build, take wearing strike for uber lulz, and have a zealot fire/smiters boon smite monk backing you up.
The sequence is:
wearying strike -> contagion sacs health -> dark aura triggers -> smite monk casts smite condition, deals 30dmg from zealots fire and 50 from smite condition. :P fun fun fun

There's no such thing as a "massive damage blood build." Undead Preacher must have been an idiot.

You just can't do massive damage with Blood, by design. Lifestealing is just too dangerous because it can't be Protted.

Agreed with the top 3 posts above me. There is no "massive damage blood build".

There used to be an old necro build with something like:
[build][Aura of the Lich][Dark Aura][Touch of Agony][Jaundiced Gaze][Wallow's Bite][Blood Renewal][Barbed Signet][Dark Pact][/build]
...for massive shadow damage.

I ran something like:
[build=OAVFEGxVa3NzCYmVIshGuWYjgOA]
at Aspy.
(With the possible [Consume Corpse] thrown in instead of Taste. I haven't saved the template - the whole thing eludes me a bit ...)
Was quite fun back then. It hurts bad players - and that's quite enough for Aspy.
Edit:
Ick - I just saw it your request above.
No can do then.

Found it.
Almost two years old - so replace the bad skills of that time with newer crap.

[vampiric spirit]+[Dark Aura] with saccing spells is good, [Spoil Victor] is a great skill, as well. Blood Magic IS usable, despite what many people here think, and I use it myself quite often, but it's not quite as good as Curses or Death Magic.
